We are a Pedder's Authorized Dealer and as a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' vehicles, contributing to their safety and satisfaction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues.

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and technical problems in vehicles.

• Perform scheduled services, including roadworthy checks, wheel alignments, and suspension inspections.

• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.

• Stay up to date with industry advancements and technological innovations.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high level of service quality and efficiency.

• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs and recommendations clearly.

 

Qualifications and experience:

• Light vehicle Motor trade qualification with a strong understanding of automotive systems.

• Current Australian resident.

• Current driver's license.

• NSW pink and blue slip license would be advantage.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment.

• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Clean and tidy appearance and must keep a clean and tidy workplace.

• Abide by OH&S guidelines at all times in the workplace.
